An experienced certified public accountant and business advisor, Tax Partner Wendy Lance delivers strategic planning and compliance services to corporations, partnerships, closely held businesses and their owners.

Wendy’s career in public accounting is fueled not only by her specialized expertise, but also by her commitment to building a strong rapport and lines of communication with her clients. Her proactive approach to service engenders trust between Wendy and the business owners and financial executives she serves.

Listening to and learning from her clients means Wendy can quickly identify additional resources within the firm to address new pain points or seize an emerging opportunity to maximize profitability. She also works directly with her clients’ financial advisors and attorneys to bring a seamless approach to business and transition decisions as a company grows and changes.

Wendy also leads RKL’s Tax Services Group. In this role, she develops strategy and manages growth of the firm’s tax workforce and capabilities. As Tax Service Line Leader, Wendy plays a key role in the firm’s Private Wealth continuum of financial and legacy planning services for high-net-worth families and individuals.
