LANCASTER, PA (June 1, 2023) — RKL Virtual Management Solutions today announced it has promoted five team members into new practice leader roles. The promotions, which are effective June 1, further formalize RKL Virtual’s operational structure as the company pursues its strategic goals and navigates increasing demand for its outsourced HR, accounting and financial management services.
“This new level of leadership allows us to put our team’s talents to their best use as we help even more organizations across the country reach the next level,” said Gretchen Naso, RKL Virtual Management Solutions President. “I know these emerging leaders will help us accomplish great things as we continue to design the future of our company.”
On June 1, the following team members will step into newly created practice leader roles:
- Ryan Coccagna, CPA, Client Advisory and CFO Services Practice Leader: Coccagna will oversee the delivery and development of outsourced accounting and financial management services. He previously served as a Client Service Manager. A resident of Chambersburg, PA, Coccagna holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Francis University and a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University.
- Lindsay Heist, MSHRD, MBA, Workforce Strategies HRIS Solutions Practice Leader: In her new role, Heist will oversee the software capabilities that support RKL Virtual’s HRIS Solution, a technology and HR advisory offering. She previously served as a Workforce Strategies Client Service Manager, advising clients in all facets of Human Resources. Heist holds a B.S. Behavioral Science from York College of Pennsylvania and an M.S. Human Resource Development from Drexel University. She resides in York, PA.
- Amanda Miller, CPA, Core Accounting Practice Leader: Miller will lead a team of accounting professions who handle back-office finance and accounting functions for clients in a wide range of industries. She previously served as an Accounting & Financial Management Client Service Manager. Miller holds a B.S. in Accounting from Shippensburg University and resides in Millersville, PA.
- Victoria Pritchard, Technology & Innovation Practice Leader: In her new role, Pritchard will lead all of RKL Virtual’s technology and innovation efforts across all of its outsourced back-office service offerings. She previously served as an Accounting & Financial Management Client Service Manager. Pritchard holds a B.S. in Accounting from Kutztown University and resides in Coatesville, PA.
- Jennifer Strobel, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Workforce Strategies Practice Leader: Strobel will lead RKL Virtual’s HR consulting and advisory services, after serving as a Workforce Strategies Senior Consultant. A resident of Lancaster, PA, Strobel holds an M.S. in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Platteville and a B.S. in Communications from Millersville University.
