Professional & Business History

Following an internship with RKL, Lauren began working for the firm full-time in 2019. Prior to her time at RKL, she was an EEO & Compliance intern at a global firm that provides management and consulting services to the built and natural environment. She’s previously worked as a graduate assistant with West Chester University’s Psychology Department, studying ageism in the workplace for a year and a half.

Personal

A resident of Lancaster, Lauren is currently working through the book of 101 Dog Tricks with her dog, River. When not dog training, she enjoys getting lost on new hiking trails, bargain shopping and family game nights where she lets her grandfather win at cards. She is passionate about her many houseplants and loves watching Netflix with a cup of hot tea.
