Lindsey’s passion for the senior living industry began when she started a public accounting career auditing senior living providers. With a breadth of experience in financial, sales and strategy roles, she has a wholistic understanding of the challenges facing the senior living industry, leading to a unique ability to provide strategic solutions to her clients.
As practice leader for RKL’s Senior Living Consulting Services Group, Lindsey pairs her financial acumen and strategic mindset to help clients navigate the ever-changing financial and regulatory environment and position them for success. Lindsey has been serving the senior living industry throughout her career and brings expertise in providing outsourced finance department assistance, GL system implementations, preparation of benchmarking studies, preparation of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and conducting financial statement and HUD compliance audits.
