WYOMISSING, PA (March 21, 2019) – RKL LLP today announced that Lehigh Valley Business has selected Ruthann J. Woll, CPA, as one of its 2019 “Women of Influence,” in recognition of her professional excellence and philanthropic impact.

A Partner in RKL’s Tax Services Group, Woll oversees firm wide individual tax planning and compliance efforts and leads the firm’s nonprofit tax niche. She has more than two decades of experience helping community benefit organizations and individuals manage tax compliance, navigate tax reporting complexities and secure favorable tax treatment.
As a key member of RKL’s tax reform team, Woll contributes thought leadership, presents training and education sessions and provides one-on-one guidance to help clients and colleagues adapt to the new federal tax landscape.
Woll is a past recipient of the Rising Star Award from the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a 2008 graduate of the Leadership Berks at Alvernia University program.
Woll is an active and engaged member of the Berks community she is proud to call home. She is a member of the Investment Allocation team for the United Way of Berks County and sits on the board of Berks T1D Connection, a local organization she helped launch to provide support groups for families and children battling type 1 diabetes. Woll mentors a local college student as part of the Reading Collegiate Scholars Program at Alvernia University and is an occasional presenter for an accounting class at Wilson High School in West Lawn.
Woll earned her B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College. She resides in Bernville with her husband and their children.
The Lehigh Valley Business annual “Women of Influence” program honors women business leaders for their contributions to their companies, industries and communities. Woll and the rest of the 2019 class will be celebrated during an awards luncheon on May 8 at Cedar Crest College.
