HARRISBURG, PA (September 19, 2019) – RKL LLP is pleased to announce that Lindsay S. Bixler, CPA, has been named among Central Pennsylvania’s most accomplished young leaders as part of the Central Penn Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” award program.

A Manager in RKL’s Audit Services Group, Bixler joined the firm in 2015. For more than a decade, she has provided trusted assurance services to clients in the manufacturing, retail, hospitality and financial services industries. She manages all phases of audit engagements, including execution of the audit plan, assigning and supervising auditor teams and presenting deliverables and work products to the client.
Bixler earned her B.S. In Accounting from Penn State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Among her achievements, Bixler is a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series. She was named to the list of Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence, Women to Watch in 2012. Also In 2012, she was honored as Junior Achievement of Central Pennsylvania’s Volunteer of the Year.
Outside of the office, Bixler has served as a Bridges Society Member for the Capital Region United Way, a classroom volunteer and past board member of Junior Achievement of Central Pennsylvania, a youth mentor for Lebanon County Equine 4-H and as a board member for the Humane Society of Harrisburg. A lifelong equine enthusiast, Bixler and her Paint horses have earned acclaim at various horse shows around the country.
