In her new role, Smith advises clients on a wide range of human resources policies and programs, including strategic planning and talent and performance management.
Throughout her 16-year career in human resources, Smith has helped employers align human capital initiatives with business objectives to help drive growth. She is passionate about helping organizations achieve and maintain a reputation as an employer of choice.
