LANCASTER, PA (December 16, 2020) – RKL LLP today announced the hire of three new managers in its Business Development Department, Financial Services Industry Group and Small Business Services Group.
Lauren Gluckman, Business Development Manager: Gluckman brings 17 years of sales experience to RKL’s business development team. In her new role, she will align RKL solutions with problems and challenges faced throughout the firm’s footprint. Gluckman’s focus is growing RKL’s practice and expanding its client base in the Berks and Lehigh Valley markets. She earned her B.S. in Political Science and English from Virginia Tech University and her M.S. in Counselor Education from West Chester University. Gluckman holds an Essentials of Human Resource Management certificate from George Mason University. She resides in Oley.
Janily Jones, CIA, Manager, Financial Services Industry Group: Jones brings 12 years of experience across internal audit, banking and asset management, and a deep expertise in risk management to her role at RKL. She specializes in evaluating internal risks and controls to provide meaningful insight on risk exposures and recommendations that support small or global organizations in achieving their goals and objectives. Jones is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and holds a B.S. Business in Management & Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. She resides in Lancaster.
Keith McLaughlin, CPA, CFE, Manager, Small Business Services Group: Throughout his nine-year accounting career, McLaughlin gained accounting, tax and audit experience and served clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction, public sector and nonprofits. He has worked with both privately owned and publicly traded companies. McLaughlin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned his B.S. in Accounting from the College of New Jersey. He resides in Wyomissing.
