MECHANICSBURG, PA (April 21, 2021) – RKL LLP today announced that Derek Holjes, MPA, CPA, CFE, has joined the firm’s Audit Services Group as a manager focused on serving the financial reporting and internal audit needs of financial institutions throughout the region.
Throughout his 13-year career, Holjes held a variety of financial reporting roles in diverse industries, including five years in public accounting with a specialized focus on financial institutions. Most recently, Holjes served as Chief Financial Officer for a community chartered federal credit union with more than $200 million in assets.
Holjes is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He holds a B.S.B.A in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from West Virginia University. Holjes lives in Columbia, PA with his wife and daughter.
