For nearly two decades, Josh Weiss has been a strategist and sounding board for closely held and family owned businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic. A Partner in RKL’s Tax Services Group, Josh serves the tax planning and compliance needs of clients in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries. He specializes in corporation and partnership taxation, including consolidated C Corporation and multi-state matters, and has considerable experience in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740).
Josh taps this sophisticated accounting expertise to help business owners and executives resolve complex tax issues and identify opportunities for savings. He prioritizes communication and collaboration as he puts the financial health of a business into broader economic perspective, develops strategies to improve profitability and works together with his clients and their teams to implement them.
As a member of RKL’s tax process and efficiency committee, Josh plays a key role in developing firm wide standards and enhancing service delivery. He is a respected leader and mentor to his colleagues, stemming from his organization of the firm’s first-ever young professionals network more than a decade ago.

PERSONAL
Josh resides in Muhlenberg Township with his wife, Roxanne, and their two sons. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies and following his favorite local sports teams, the Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Eagles and Reading High Basketball.
