Phone Interview
Phone interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist who will contact you if selected for next steps. This is an introductory call to learn more about your experience, what you’re looking for and tell you more about the position and RKL to see if we’re a match for each other.
Hiring Manager Interview
Interview with the hiring manager and interviewing team in-person or by video. We do our best to provide feedback as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a call from your Talent Aquisition Specialist with the good news. We’ll answer any questions you may have and send you all the details by email so you can make the best decision for your career.
Get Onboarded
You will be introduced to an HR representative who will ensure a smooth onboarding process and give you more details regarding your orientation and first few weeks at RKL.

As You Apply

Apply for an internship or new grad opening. Search by keyword or by applying filters. Not exactly sure what you're looking to do yet? Submit a general application and one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists will connect with you to discuss your options.
After You Apply
Schedule an Interview
You'll be sent a link to schedule a convenient time to interview for the opening you applied for if selected for next steps. Interviews last 30 minutes for interns and 1 hour for entry-level positions. Full-time applicants will receive a call from a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a quick discovery of your prior experience and aspirations.
Interview with an RKL Professional
In person or by video, you'll get to speak with two RKL Leaders (concurrently) who will evaluate your skills and aspirations and tell you more about what you can expect from a career at RKL.
Receive an Offer
You'll receive a call from your Talent Acquisition Specialist with the good news. We'll answer any questions you may have and send you all the details by email so you can make the best decision for your career.
Stay Connected
You will be introduced to an HR representative who will ensure a smooth onboarding process and give you more details regarding your orientation and first few weeks at RKL.
