This summer RKL invites you to be part of Catalyst, a dynamic leadership academy where you’ll explore your unique strengths, develop relationships and build the key leadership abilities that will accelerate your development.
What is Catalyst?
Catalyst is a leadership program hosted by RKL, one of the nation’s fastest growing accounting and consulting firms and one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania (large employers category). During this program, participants will build leadership abilities and skills through a series of insightful guest speakers and fun activities. Hotel accommodations and meals will be provided.

How do I apply? What are the eligibility requirements?
We’re seeking applicants who are excited to learn, ready to push themselves outside of their comfort zone and want to get the most of this leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance and/or economics
- Achievement of 150 credits upon graduation is preferred, though not required for accounting majors
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Being a team player with strong work ethic
- Must be available to attend specified dates and stay onsite at the venue
