LANCASTER, PA (April 18, 2019) – RKL LLP today announced that Kevin Hartman, PMP, has joined the firm as a Consultant with its Operations Consulting Practice.
With more than three decades of specialized experience serving the manufacturing, service and transportation industries, Hartman helps organizations improve their performance and profitability.

Hartman earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Millersville University, B.S. in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and MBA from the University of Maryland. Hartman is also a Six Sigma Black Belt. He resides in West Hempfield Township.
