For Dan Nickischer, opportunity lies at the intersection of financial regulation and strategic innovation. While he deploys the organizational skills honed during his military service to keep his clients compliant, the real value Dan provides to the small business owners he serves involves his open and honest communication style and his proactive approach to planning.
As Partner and Leader of the firm’s Small Business Services Group, Dan oversees the RKL team dedicated to serving the tax, accounting and financial needs of small business owners, and directs firm-wide efforts related to quality control, client service and workforce development in this service line area.
With nearly two decades’ experience in public accounting and four years in the private sector, Dan applies his multi-faceted business acumen to help his clients establish sound financial processes and achieve their unique goals. He specializes in compiled and reviewed financial statements; employee stock ownership plan accounting; and corporate, partnership and individual tax services.
“I don’t want to simply be a historian for my clients; instead, I try and find ways to turn their financial track record into new opportunities for future success.”
