Keith Eldredge knows construction. He grew up with several construction workers in his family, spent time on job sites and worked on a number of construction projects. Ultimately, Keith’s penchant for problem-solving drew him to the accounting profession, but his familiarity with construction led him to specialize in serving clients in this sector.
Today, as Partner in RKL’s Small Business Services Group and head of the firm’s Real Estate Development & Construction Industry Group, Keith taps the specialized expertise and business acumen developed over his three decades in public accounting to help builders and developers foster long-term success in a complex regulatory and financial environment.
In 2014, Keith joined an elite group of professionals nationwide recognized for their superior understanding of the industry’s financial opportunities and challenges as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP®). He is an active member of the trade association ABC Keystone and the Construction Financial Management Association.
Beyond his focus on the real estate and construction sectors, Keith has significant experience auditing employee benefit plans and also provides tax services for his business and individual clients.
“To me, the phrase ‘it can’t be done,’ is simply a challenge to prove otherwise.”
