Dollars and cents are a conventional measure of business success, but to Kirsten Deeds, the numbers tell a bigger story of how the organization came together and where it wants to go. In today’s global economy, a company’s growth and goals often involve multinational or cross-border activities subject to an intricate and ever-evolving web of requirements.
For over two decades, Kirsten has helped companies in a wide range of industries – including manufacturing, logistics and finance – navigate the complexities of international tax and the interplay between U.S. and foreign regulations. As leader of RKL’s International Tax Practice, Kirsten is a trusted resource to multinational entities with broad international footprints, providing specialized services such as U.S. taxation of foreign earnings, ASC 740 tax provision work, corporate U.S. and Canadian compliance, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and transfer pricing.
Throughout her career, Kirsten has embraced growth and development opportunities to learn more and take on new challenges. She knows that success often lies just outside of the comfort zone, so she applies her natural curiosity to uncover new ways to help her clients advance and achieve their goals.
“I strive to build partnerships based on collaboration and credibility to help my clients write the next chapter in their story.”
