Lynn is a Partner in RKL’s Small Business Services Group, where he helps owners of closely held businesses navigate financial complexities and advises them on personal legacy planning. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions support, succession and estate planning, and individual and business taxation.
Before starting his public accounting career, Lynn served as a Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. This firsthand experience in business management gives Lynn a unique perspective from which to advise his clients on complex planning matters. He understands that an entrepreneur’s life has three professional phases – creation and funding, growth, and transition – and prides himself on coaching his clients along each step of their ownership journey.

PERSONAL
A lifelong Chambersburg resident, Lynn enjoys fly fishing, spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren and retreating to their family farm whenever possible. He is an avid conservationist and takes part in wildlife habitat improvement projects, including land and water conservation enhancements. Lynn belongs to several conservation organizations, including Trout Unlimited (Falling Spring Chapter), National Wild Turkey Federation (Juniata Gobbler Chapter), Ducks Unlimited (Cumberland Valley Chapter), Pheasants Forever and the Arbor Day Foundation.
