Stefanie is a Partner in RKL’s nationally recognized Senior Living Services Consulting Group. She specializes in all aspects of medical billing, including Medicare, Medicaid and insurance billing and reimbursement; accounts receivable; policy and procedure review; and operational improvement.
Highly skilled in billing system design, Stefanie has helped countless clients improve AR processes and increase cash flow. She presents at industry events and conferences on topics like the optimal methods for tackling reimbursement and collection issues.

Stefanie and her husband, Terry, reside in Dillsburg. In her free time, Stefanie enjoys vegetable and flower gardening.
