As Vice President of Workforce Strategies for RKL Virtual Management Solutions, Stephane directs the firm’s comprehensive suite of outsourced HR, payroll and compensation services. She leads a team of HR advisors who fill key roles for employers, including payroll processing, compensation analysis, performance management, compliance, recruitment and full outsourcing of the HR function.
An eternal optimist, Stephane’s positive attitude, open mind and collaborative approach continually earn the trust and confidence of her clients. She knows that each engagement is an opportunity to help regional employers overcome challenges and seize opportunities related to their most important asset — their people.

PERSONAL
Stephane lives in Lancaster with her husband, Bowen, their two children and their Bernese Mountain dog. She enjoys running, playing tennis, baking, reading, spending time at her family cabin in Northern Pennsylvania, traveling and hiking. A Wyoming native, she enjoys spending time out west among the Rocky Mountains. She’s most proud of her recent accomplishment of summiting her first 14er, the 14,265-ft. Quandary Peak in Breckenridge, Colorado, alongside her brother and sister.
