Since starting with RKL in 2015, Tom Kaizar found that his technical skillset in compliance services and tax planning lent itself well to working with clients across a variety of industries. His comprehensive expertise led him to work with health care industry clients where he consults with medical group practices and physicians on financial and operational soundness.
As a Partner in RKL’s Tax Services Group, Tom serves clients’ strategic tax planning and regulatory compliance services for corporations, pass-through entities and individuals. With a focus on health care, Tom assists clients in effectively managing the operations of their offices and practices in order to deliver high-quality care to patients.
Tom originally joined the firm as an associate and has risen to his current role in management. He also has experience in a variety of industries including real estate and manufacturing and distribution.

Tom resides in Lancaster with his wife and son and enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and exploring the outdoors.
