For nearly two decades, Wendy Lakatosh has helped businesses and organizations protect their good standing and reach their financial goals. As a partner in RKL’s Audit Services Group, Wendy serves the general assurance needs of clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries. She leads client engagement teams, coordinates and reviews audit and accounting services and consults on complex accounting and reporting matters.
Wendy also leads the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice, helping companies and organizations manage their fiduciary responsibilities and compliance requirements. Thanks to the deep knowledge gained from auditing more than 250 employee benefit plans each year, Wendy and her team are well-versed in the latest ERISA requirements, specific auditing standards and best practices that impact plan administration. In addition to her notable contributions to the practice’s growth and success, Wendy also focuses on service development and team member education and training.
Throughout her career in public accounting, Wendy has routinely sought out opportunities to mentor younger colleagues and pay her personal and professional experience forward. She formalized these mentorship efforts, joining with other female firm leaders to launch a firm wide women’s networking group to engage, equip and empower colleagues both professionally and personally.

Wendy and her husband, John, reside in York County with their son and daughter. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
