The Challenge:
After opening their second Restore location in Lancaster, franchise owners Andy & Michele Ayers and Mike & Angela Palumbo started to experience growing pains related to their accounting and finance function. They had plans to open four additional locations per year and knew that they couldn’t effectively manage multiple locations the way that had the first two.
