The firm has seen a steady increase in demand for outsourced accounting and financial management services since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, as more organizations recognize the need for a cloud-based financial processing and reporting solution that allows them to work smarter and perform better.

Osika joins an FMS team that delivers clients reliable metrics and better insights into financial performance for improved decision-making. FMS serves clients across the U.S., ranging from start-ups to large enterprises, with a focus on the professional services, home healthcare, retail, construction and real estate development industries. Osika previously held accounting and finance roles in the healthcare industry.
Throughout her nearly two-decade career in accounting, Osika gained considerable experience in internal audit and risk management. This specialized focus on controls and risk management aligns with another benefit of FMS – the confidence that comes from using secure, best-in-class technology and the assurance of dedicated, professional financial management.
Osika is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania, and she earned her B.S. in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from Millersville University. Osika resides in Manheim Township with her husband and their two children.
