LANCASTER, PA (September 5, 2024) – RKL LLP announced today that CEO Edward W. Monborne has been named to the esteemed Accounting Today 2024 Managing Partner Elite list. The annual list features eight firm top executives for their outstanding leadership in the quickly evolving professional services industry.
Since assuming the role of CEO in 2011, Monborne has led RKL’s transformation into a national powerhouse in the professional services industry. His tenure as CEO has seen a 316.2% increase in the firm’s revenue and a 439.3% growth in team members. Beyond his role in the firm’s extraordinary growth, Monborne has been the driving force in cultivating a culture that celebrates new ideas and creative solutions.

He has been responsible for guiding the firm’s strategic plan throughout his tenure, which has ushered in advancements in technology adoption, service offering expansion and a consistently high-ranked client service experience.

He is a member of the AICPA and PICPA and serves on the PICPA CPA-PAC board as vice chair and Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health’s Board of Trustees and as the chair of its Audit & Compliance Committee. Monborne resides in Lancaster, PA, with his wife and their dog.
