YORK, PA (September 29, 2021) – RKL LLP is pleased to announce that the Central Penn Business Journal has named firm Partner Johnathon W. Heller, CPA, to its 2021 class of “Forty Under 40” young leaders. These annual awards recognize Central PA’s young business leaders for their professional accomplishments, community service and positive impact.
“Whether he is advising a business owner, mentoring a colleague or serving on a community board, John Heller helps others recognize what is possible and helps them achieve it,” said RKL CEO Ed Monborne. “The RKL team is proud to see John recognized for all that he’s achieved so far and all of the potential on his horizon.”
A Partner in RKL’s Tax Services Group, Heller delivers a variety of tax, financial management and consulting services to help high net worth individuals and businesses, primarily in the health care, construction, professional services and real estate industries, plan for and achieve their goals. He identifies the most advantageous strategies for each phase of a client’s unique journey and executes complex transactions like mergers and acquisitions.
Heller holds a B.A., Business Management from Gettysburg College, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from York College of Pennsylvania and an M.S., Accounting from the University of Phoenix. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Heller resides in York with his family.
Giving back is central to Heller based on his own lived experiences. He serves as treasurer of York County Veteran Outreach, a nonprofit that supports programs and services for local veterans. Heller also sits on the board and serves as treasurer for Cornerstone Youth Home, which serves students, ages six through 18, who are experiencing homelessness and transience.
