LANCASTER, PA (August 19, 2024) – RKL LLP today announced that Stephanie Kane, a senior manager in the firm’s Tax Services Group, has been named to Lehigh Valley Business’ Forty Under 40 awards list. The accolade is a testament to her outstanding leadership, dedication to exceptional client service and significant contributions to the accounting profession and her community.
Kane’s journey with RKL began with an internship in the firm’s Tax Services Group. Since joining RKL full-time in 2007, Kane has been instrumental in growing our tax consulting and compliance services to a variety of clients, including individuals and closely held businesses and individuals. Recently, she has taken on a leadership role focusing on expanding the firm’s tax service offerings to emerging markets. Kane also leads the firm’s non-profit compliance and consulting practice, where she develops firm-wide policies and procedures and assists in training and mentoring team members.

Kane will be celebrated as part of LVB’s Forty Under 40 awards celebration on Thursday, September 12 at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA.
Kane’s dedication to her career and community has earned her several past awards including the Young Leaders Award from the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Rising Star Award from the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Stephanie is deeply committed to her local community. Her service includes current board treasurer for the Amity Township Athletic Club Pool and chairperson of the swim team, in addition to past involvement with charitable organizations like Happy2Be Home and the Reading Science Center. Kane resides in Douglassville, PA, with her husband and children.
