LANCASTER, PA (February 18, 2019) – RKL LLP today announced that Deborah S. Rock, CPA, has earned the Certified Cost Segregation Professional (CCSP) designation. Administered by the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, the CCSP is the highest credential for this industry and places Rock among the nation’s leading cost segregation experts.
An expert in depreciation and fixed asset planning, Rock currently serves as a Consultant in RKL’s Tax Services Group. Since joining RKL in 2003, she has helped companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic determine proper and advantageous tax depreciation deductions. Rock provides tax research and consulting services related to selecting and changing asset lives, determining available depreciation methods/elections and purchase price allocations, application of tangible asset regulations and all areas related to tax depreciation.
Rock is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Millersville University and resides in Manor Township.
