LANCASTER, PA (October 9, 2023) — RKL LLP is proud to announce that Lisa Enders, CPA, MST, Tax Innovation Leader, has been recognized among Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 honorees. The list honors business professionals under the age of 40 who are both successful in their careers and contribute to the Central PA community in meaningful ways.
“This is well-deserved recognition for Lisa,” said RKL CEO Ed Monborne. “She has been a leader in the firm since she began her career with us in 2007, and her innovation and forward-thinking approach has improved the firm for both our team members and clients.”
Enders will be celebrated as part of the Forty Under 40 award celebration on October 18 at the Hilton Harrisburg.
Enders stepped into her role as Tax Innovation Leader last year and is responsible for developing and implementing firm-wide processes that foster growth and enhance efficiency. She assesses and oversees existing processes and software, mitigating issues and ensuring seamless operations. She also provides tax planning and compliance services to pass-through entities and individuals.
Enders is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2016, she graduated from Leadership Lancaster and is currently the treasurer of theTurtleRoom, an organization dedicated to advancing the survival of the world’s turtles and tortoises. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from Messiah University and her M.S. in Taxation from Villanova University. Enders currently resides in Lititz with her husband, foster son and their pets.
