Professional & Business History
Victor launched his professional career in accounting with PwC in Denver. Seeking to make a direct impact on the success of small businesses, he established his own practice in 2009, offering consulting services in tax and financial management. His approach emphasized goal setting and benchmarking as key tools for encouraging business growth and success.
After dedicating nearly a decade to the small business sector, Victor transitioned into the technology sector to assist CPA firms in using technology to enhance their service offerings to their customers.
Victor worked as Director of Customer Success for BotKeeper, an innovative start-up that used human-aided machine learning and artificial intelligence to offer bookkeeping solutions to firms of varying sizes.
Following this, Victor moved over to AuditMiner in a similar capacity where he helped firms adopt software designed to enhance and expedite the time firms spend in 401K audits.
Beyond his professional roles, Victor has served the CPA community by serving as the Chair of the Colorado State Society of CPAs and was a member of the AICPA’s Council and PCPS committee.

Victor currently resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Kim and two children Ellie and Julian. Victor enjoys fly fishing, camping, and hunting.
