WYOMISSING, PA (February 25, 2019) – RKL LLP today announced that Lehigh Valley Business has selected Joshua L. Weiss, CPA, MST, as one of its 2019 “Forty Under 40″ honorees for his professional excellence and community engagement.

As a Manager in RKL’s Tax Services Group, Weiss specializes in planning and compliance for corporations, partnerships and individuals and also provides services related to multi-state taxation and consolidated tax returns. Weiss has been a visible leader on tax reform among his colleagues and clients, delivering internal training presentations for RKL professionals and helping local businesses adapt to the new regulatory landscape.
Weiss was instrumental in the launch of the firm’s first Young Professionals group, which is now a thriving network of RKL team members focused on making a difference in the workplace and the communities they call home.
Weiss currently serves as President of the Greater Berks Food Bank and played a key role in the development and launch of the Mobile Markets Program that offers nutritious foods in a farmer’s market-style setting across the organization’s footprint. Weiss also works to preserve the only remaining community pool in his township as Treasurer of the Laurel Run Swimming Association Board.
Weiss earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and his Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He resides in Muhlenberg Township with his family.
